(a) By binding the cdGMP to aptamer integrated in DNA icosahedron, nanocage can be opened for molecule releasing. (b) It makes use of the Watson-Crick base pair and Hoogsteen base pair  properties to construct a DNA tetrahedron which can form in low pH and decompose in high pH conditions.
