Improvement in Tracing Quantum Dot-Conjugated Nanospheres for In Vivo Imaging by Eliminating Food Autofluorescence

Fluorescent intensities of purified diet in comparison to regular diet under various filter sets. Strong fluorescence of regular diet was observed through the whole range of wavelength. It is clear that fluorescent signal of regular diet is lower than that of purified diet in 535 nm wavelength (a), and vice versa in near-infrared region ((c) and (d)). In contrast to regular diet, fluorescence of purified diet is decreased as the range of the emission wavelength is increased.
