Strain Driven Phase Decomposition in Ion-Beam Sputtered Pr_1−XCa_XMnO₃ Films

SEM pictures of three PCMO samples with and an A-to-B site ratio close to 1 () on different substrates: (a) STO (sample F03_1a), (b) MgO (sample E03_1), and (c) epitaxially grown Pt film on MgO (sample B03_1). The main parameters of these samples are summarized in Table 1.
