Cellular count of PBMC treated with colloidal silver and mitogens. PBMC (1 × 10⁶ cells/mL) were treated with Con A (5 μg/mL), PHA (5 μg/mL), AgC (17.5 ng/mL), AgC (17.5 ng/mL) + Con A (5 μg/mL), or AgC (17.5 ng/mL) + PHA (5 μg/mL) and incubated for 72 h at 37°C and 5% CO₂ atmosphere. Cell count was analyzed by flow cytometry. The data represent the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. .
