Binding Affinity, Cellular Uptake, and Subsequent Intracellular Trafficking of the Nano-Gene Vector P123-PEI-R13

<div>Effect of different concentration of 5-(N,N-dimethyl) amiloride hydrochloride (DMA) on transfection efficiency of P123-PEI-R13/DNA complexes in Hela cells at w/w ratio of 30. DMA was used as the inhibitor of macropinocytosis. The RLU/mg protein in control cells was set to 100%.
