Supplementary Material

The same cell culture supernatant was analyzed by a direct ELISA and a sandwich ELISA. For the direct ELISA, proteins in supernatant was immobilized into a 96-well microplate (Fisher Scientific, USA); while for sandwich ELISA, CSPG4-specific mAb was coated on the microplate.
