Individual zones (A, B, C, and D) of the cut concentrated sample were electrophoretically separated on the PAGE and nonconcentrated IOMPs sample was used as control (Z). The diffusion of concentrated IOMPs in the gel is very fast as can be seen on unfocused bars.
