Detection sensitivity (a) and selectivity (b) of the developed system. The final optimized concentrations of AuNPs, DNA aptamer, and CTAB used were 0.2X, 100 nM, and 4 μM, respectively. BPA and other chemicals (diclofenac, tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine) were used at 25 μM each.
