The correlation between the concentration of phenolic compounds and Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity. The Pearson correlation coefficient between Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity and total concentration of phenolics was calculated and tested with Student’s 𝑡 -test. The linear regression was determined with the least-squares method.
