C2C12 cells were differentiated from myoblasts to myotubes as described in the Materials and Methods section. Myotubes were treated with the inhibitor SB203580 (10 nM) and collected after 60 min. Cells were then stimulated with insulin (100 nM, 30 min), and a 2-DOG uptake was performed (*, #).
