An Organic Acid-induced Synthesis and Characterization of Selenium Nanoparticles

(a) XRD pattern of the synthesized selenium nanoparticles annealed at 130°C, for 6 hrs, and (b) commercial selenium sample. Selenium nanoparticles were synthesized by the reaction of  mol dm−3 sodium selenosulphate with  mol dm−3 acetic acid, in the presence of 0.01% PVA.
