(b) CXCR4 quantification after treatment of MDA-MB-231 cells with genistein for 24 hours. MDA-MB-231 cells do not express CXCL12 as determined by real-time PCR. (c) CXCR4 and CXCL12 quantification after treatment of BG-1 cells with increasing doses of genistein for 24 hours.
