ATO, heat, and radiation induce apoptotic activity by 2 h after combined treatments in tumor of treated mouse. In vivo imaging of polycaspase inhibitor in FSaII tumor grown in the window chamber and treated with 8 mg/kg arsenic trioxide, thermoradiotherapy (dual-modality, 5 Gy followed by 42.5°C (30 min) 2 h later), or arsenic trioxide combined with thermoradiotherapy (trimodality; 5 Gy, 8 mg/kg ATO, 2 h, 42.5°C (30 min).
