Dovitinib Triggers Apoptosis and Autophagic Cell Death by Targeting SHP-1/p-STAT3 Signaling in Human Breast Cancers

Blocking autophagy reduced the antitumor effects of dovitinib. (a) Cotreatment with the autophagy inhibitor, bafilomycin A1 (20 μmole/L), reduced the effect of dovitinib on cell death.
