Overexpression of Kynurenine 3-Monooxygenase Correlates with Cancer Malignancy and Predicts Poor Prognosis in Canine Mammary Gland Tumors

<p><i>Correlation between KMO IRS and pathologic malignancy in CMTs.</i> The expression of the KMO protein was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and scored by immunoreactive score (IRS). KMO IRS showed a statistically significant association with tumor malignancy (<i>P </i>&lt; 0.05).
