Yap maintains mitochondrial homeostasis through activating HIF1 in MCF-7 cells under hypoxia. (a) The transcription of HIF1 was determined via qPCR in MCF-7 cells under hypoxia. (b) HIF1 expression was detected in response to Yap knockdown in the presence of hypoxia in MCF-7 cells. (c) ATP production was measured through ELISA. (d) ROS production was measured in response to Yap knockdown in the presence of hypoxia. .
