Alloimperatorin inhibited the migration of HeLa cells. (a–d) Alloimperatorin processed HeLa cells. The high content analysis system (Perkin Elmer) was used to detect cell scratch width and to take pictures. (e, f) Alloimperatorin treated cells were observed at 0, 6, 12, and 24-time points for the healing area. (g) The data are expressed as the mean ± SD of independent experiments, n = 3. The statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA.  < 0.0001 compared to control at each time point.
