Serum starved HTFs were transfected with CTGF-siRNA or control siRNA before being stimulated with TGF-𝛽₂ for 48 h. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the effect of CTGF-siRNA on cell cycle (G0/G1, S, G2/M phase) after various treatments.
