Levels of Akt and NF-κB remained quite low; Akt and NF-κB staining were significantly higher in the model group than in the control group. In the osthole-IG group, expressions of Akt and NF-κB were similar to those in the control group (a). Bcl-2 was more prevalent in the osthole-IG and ginaton groups, while Bax staining was less prevalent in the osthole-IG and aspirin groups (b).
