RT-PCR. NF-κB (a), Akt (b), and Bcl-2/Bax (c) mRNA levels in each group at each time point were detected by RT-PCR. Much lower levels of NF-κB and Akt mRNA were observed in the osthole-IG group than in the other treated groups (a, b), while levels of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA were much higher in the osthole-IG group over time (c).
