Presence of glial-like cells coexpresses Sox2 and Pax2 in the inner limiting membranes from patients with nonidiopathic retinal gliosis and idiopathic retinal gliosis. There are a limited number of cells in the ILMs. Expression of Sox2 and Pax2 is also shown in the inner limiting membranes from the patient with idiopathic retinal gliosis (a–d) and from the patient with PVR (e–h).
