(c) Zonulo-hyaloidectomy under direct vision facilitated by the enlargement of the peripheral iris opening. (d) Anterior vitrectomy. (e) Anterior chamber liquid and viscoelastic drainage and observation of rapid deepening of the anterior chamber. (f) Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation if the patient was initially phakic.
