AOD 500 and 750 (angel opening distance): a distance between a point of the cornea which is 500 and 750 μm away from the scleral spur and the opposite point of the iris. TISA 500 and 750 (trabecular-iris space area): an area covering 500 and 750 μm located in the area bounded by the cornea and the iris.
