This patient had received 2 times of hAM graft transplantation. Persistent macular hole with elevated hAM graft at the margin of MH was noted after the 1^st surgery. Sealed MH was noted finally after the 2^nd surgery. This patient had received 2 times of hAM graft transplantation. Extramacular hole with retinal detachment was noted after the 2^nd surgery.
