Standardized Flanged Intrascleral Intraocular Lens Fixation with the Double-Needle Technique for Cataract Luxation in the Vitreous Chamber during Phacoemulsification

<div>A professional ruler was used to measure the external dimension of the 30 g UTW needle and blocked in that position (a, b) in order to measure the internal dimension of the scleral tunnel. Forceps was put at 1 mm and 2 mm (c, d) from the tip, and the tip was heated from distance until the plug reached the forceps (e, f).</div>
