Out of tumor (OUT)Feasible regionA set of all possible points of a predetermined space called a feasible region which satisfies the mathematical model’s constraints.
Tumor (TU)Infeasible regionA set of points which are located out of the feasible set and cannot satisfy at least one of the constraints of our optimization model.
Tumor Position (TP)Infeasibility FunctionTP indicates an approximate measure to calculate the infeasibility of a point from the border of a predetermined constraint. Also, Total TP (TTP) is an aggregation of TPs for calculating the total infeasibility.
Tumor size (TS)Objective functionTS is a function that we want to optimize subject to different constraints by using mathematical programming techniques. In fact, it is going to minimize the tumor size.
Healthy cellFeasible solutionIndicating a solution which is located in the feasible region.
Cancer and bad cellInfeasible solutionIndicating a solution which is located in the infeasible region.
Initial cancer cellInitial infeasible solutionIndicating the input solution of algorithm.
Cell Position Element (CPE)VariableIndicating element in as a solution.
CellSolutionIndicating set of variables as a solution.
