Model for Charge Transport in Ferroelectric Nanocomposite Film

(a) field at anode drops from bias value of 100 V/μm due to field from antiparallel poling of ferroelectric BaTiO3 nanofillers and PVDF nanocrystallites. Field reduction increases linearly with increasing degree of crystallinity of PVDF and (b) injected current density assumes Schottky thermionic emission and drops due to decreasing anode field. Current density reduction goes exponentially with field reduction.
