Water vapor loss from sealed PET bottles. 500 g of distilled water was filled with coated and uncoated PET bottles, and the decrease in the weight derived from water vapor permeation was measured regularly. The weight loss of −1.0% refers to 5.0 g decrease from the initial weight.
