Parasites were treated with indicated alkylamine SPC liposome for 42 h with concentration range of (1.88 μM–60 μM alkylamine). IC₅₀ value was assessed by measuring [³H] hypoxanthine incorporation as described in Materials and Methods. The mean value ± standard deviation is indicated for each group, and values are representative of 3 separate experiments.
