Amastin family. Topological model of subfamilies β- and δ-amastins from Trypanosoma cruzi. Amastins models share four predicted transmembrane helices and two extracellular hydrophilic loops. Although both N- and C-termini are predicted to be facing the cytoplasmic space, their length is variable among them.
