Determination of viscosity and density of an olive oil sample by means of vibrating cantilevers. The density 𝜌 and the viscosity 𝜂 have been calculated from the measurement results 𝜔₁=2𝜋𝑓₁ and 𝑇₁ using (19). The density and viscosity obtained by means of weighting and a cone-plate rotational viscometer, respectively, are 𝜂_ref=66.4mPa⋅s and 𝜌_ref=913kgm⁻³.
