Resistance curves as a function of time for H₂S concentrations of 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 ppm (in N₂), under standard conditions. The narrow peaks are due to the effect of the applied gate voltage coupled with a thermal shock (90°C), required for the complete desorption of the gas.
