A fixed concentration of 8-OHdG () is 0.5 μM, and the corresponding peak current () is 8.60 ± 0.12 μA.  :  and the peak currents of 8-OHdG after added dG are listed above. The decline of the currents was calculated according to before and after added dG as listed above. The results represent the mean ± standard deviation (SD), calculated from three independent experiments ().
