Temperature Dependence of Sensors Based on Silver-Decorated Nitrogen-Doped Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes

Sensitivity (%) of the sensors after exposure to different vapors as function of the temperature. Notice that % increases with the operating temperature; however, in all systems, there exists a critical temperature where % starts to decrease. This behavior suggests that controlling the working temperature, it is possible to discriminate the gas vapor to be detected, improving the selectivity of the sensor material.
