Common 𝑏-type 𝑅-branch transition patterns. Two sequences are shown, firstly the 𝐽^′_1,𝐽′←𝐽^′′_0,𝐽′′ transitions with approximate general formula 𝐴+𝐶+2𝐶𝐽^′′, and secondly the 𝐽^′_0,𝐽′←𝐽^′′_1,𝐽′′ transitions with approximate general formula 3𝐵+2𝐶−𝐴+2𝐵(𝐽^′′−1).
