Expected TA spectra of SWNTs calculated by compensating for contributions from the background water in each SWNT solution. The water and semiconducting SWNTs have a linear spectra ( AU/GHz, ) and ( AU/GHz, ), respectively. The frequency-dependent signal from metallic SWNTs followed an exponential function (half-life = 0.49 GHz, ).
