Longitudinal Raman Spectroscopic Observation of Skin Biochemical Changes due to Chemotherapeutic Treatment for Breast Cancer in Small Animal Model

Schematic of a setup to check the sensitive depth of the Raman probe. A silicon wafer was placed at the bottom in a cuvette. The cuvette was filled with 20% intralipid solution. Raman probe was immersed in the intralipid solution. The distance between the silicon wafer and the probe end tip was varied from 0 μm to 1000 μm incrementing the distance by 100 μm using a one-axis linear translation stage.
