Influence of the Uniaxial Hot-Pressing Sintering Condition on Bi₄Ge₃O₁₂ Ceramic Scintillators

XRD patterns of the BGO calcined powders and sintered ceramics. Before sintering, the samples showed main Bi₄Ge₃O₁₂ crystalline phases with some XRD peaks due to the Bi₁₂GeO₂₀ crystalline phase. Sintered ceramics show only the Bi₄Ge₃O₁₂ crystalline phase.
