Purity Analysis of Gases Used in the Preparation of Reference Gas Standards Using a Versatile OPO-Based CRDS Spectrometer

<div>Measurement of HNO<sub>3</sub> in 3 different 10 <i>µ</i>mol/mol NO<sub>2</sub> standards. The PNNL spectra for HNO<sub>3</sub> are shown together with a water absorption spectrum from HITRAN. The highest observed HNO<sub>3</sub> amount fraction is 456 nmol/mol for cylinder treatment 1 with 2 <i>µ</i>mol/mol H<sub>2</sub>O added. The lowest observed HNO<sub>3</sub> amount fraction (treatment 2) is 43 nmol/mol.</div>
