Prepulse inhibition/startle. Auditory startle response was measured using a startle chamber. Startle amplitude was similar in wild-type and Gclm−/− mice, and a 70 dB prepulse inhibited the subsequent startle response to a similar extent in wild-type and Gclm−/− mice.
