Effect of GIE on hematological alteration of WBC in PbANKA-infected mice. Groups of mice were infected intraperitoneally with 1 × 10⁷ parasitized RBC of PbANKA and treated orally with 100, 250, and 500 mg/kg of GIE for 4 consecutive days. Hematological parameters of WBC were measured: (a) WBC count, (b) neutrophil, (c) lymphocyte, (d) monocyte, (e) basophil, and (f) eosinophil.
