New Genetic Variants of Leptospira spp Characterized by MLST from Peruvian Isolates

Three CCs (red) and 16 singletons (green) found in the present study were observed. The CCs were constructed from connections between STs allowing up to 3 allelic variants (TLVs). The 16 singletons were present in L. kirschneri, L. noguchii, L. santarrosai, and L. borgpetersenii species.
