Effect of T3 on synaptosomal Na+-K+-ATPase activity and its modulation by a β-adrenergic receptor agonist (ISO) and a β-adrenergic receptor antagonist (PROP) in vitro. A half-maximally effective dose of T3 (1 nM) was chosen from the dose-response curve for T3 in Figure 1.
