Cell-cycle distribution of HL-60 cells treated with AFA. HL60 cells were cultured with vehicle control (a), 8.0 μl/ml AFA (b), and 15 μl/ml AFA (c), for 24 hours, and DNA was stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by flow cytometry.
