Activation of TLR4-Mediated NFB Signaling in Hemorrhagic Brain in Rats
NFκB activation in the brain in the rats subjected to ICH. Nuclear proteins were isolated from brain tissues and the NFκB binding activity was examined by the method of EMSA. The signals were quantified by scanning densitometry and computer-assisted image analysis. The results were expressed as the ratio of the integrated density volume (IDV) of NFκB to the average IDV of background.
