Analysis of MIP-2 after TNF-α instillation. WT or IL-1β KO mice were OP instilled with either saline (50 L) or TNF-α (5 g/50 L/mouse). After 6 hours, serum, BALF, and lung homogenate were isolated and analyzed for ((a), (b), and (c)) MIP-2 and ((d), (e), and (f)) by ELISA. BALF and lung homogenate values are normalized to protein content measured by BCA.
