Effects of I3C and PEITC on in vitro NO clearance activity. I3C (50 $\mu$M) and PEITC (5 $\mu$M) were incubated in a 10 mM sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution for 30 minutes, and the nitrite content in the reaction mixture was then determined using the Griess reagent.
