Protein present in urine and creatinine clearance. Groups of BALB/c female mice were injected i.p. with different amounts of Cdt for different times as above described. The presence of protein in urine was determined by measuring the albumin. Creatinine levels were detected in urine and serum from mice injected with different amounts of Cdt for 1 h. The formula to determine creatinine clearance is described in Section 2. Each bar represents the mean value of samples from four experiments in different groups of five mice.
