HPV16E6-mediated upregulation of c-fos in SiHa cells. (a) The mRNA levels of HPV16E6 were detected by RT-PCR after HPV16E6 siRNA transfection into SiHa cells. Cells were transfected with scrambled siRNA or HPV16E6 siRNA for 24 hours. (b) HPV16E6-mediated upregulation of c-fos expression in SiHa cells after H₂O₂ exposure. The transfected cells were exposed to H₂O₂ (1 mM) and harvested at the indicated time points, before being subjected to Western blotting analysis.
