HPV16E6-mediated upregulation of c-fos in SiHa cells. (a) The mRNA levels of HPV16E6 were detected by RT-PCR after HPV16E6 siRNA transfection into SiHa cells. Cells were transfected with scrambled siRNA or HPV16E6 siRNA for 24 hours. (b) HPV16E6-mediated upregulation of c-fos expression in SiHa cells after H2O2 exposure. The transfected cells were exposed to H2O2 (1 mM) and harvested at the indicated time points, before being subjected to Western blotting analysis.
