PGRN was downregulated in BAL fluid of LPS-induced ALI mice. Groups of mice were challenged with LPS for 3 days. (a) The level of PGRN in BAL fluid in LPS-induced ALI mice or control mice was determined using western blot on day 3. (b) A histogram of the relative amounts of PGRN in BAL fluid from three individual experiments was shown. (c) The level of PGRN in BAL fluid in LPS-induced ALI mice or control mice was determined using ELISA on day 3. (d) The level of PGRN in BAL fluid in LPS-induced ALI mice or control mice was determined using ELISA at the indicated time. (e) The expression of granulin in BAL fluid in LPS-induced ALI mice was detected using western blot at the indicated time.
